Vantis Forge ("we", "us") is a client application for chatting with third-party AI models using your own API keys. It is not a hosted AI service — think of it as a wrapper and workspace around providers you connect yourself, similar in spirit to tools like OpenRouter's own interfaces. By using Vantis Forge you agree to these terms.
Vantis Forge gives you a chat, roleplay, and writing interface — desktop and browser — that connects to AI providers you configure, including Venice AI, OpenRouter, and Routeway, using API keys you supply. We do not operate those AI models. Requests are sent to the selected provider; some features use service endpoints to relay requests.
You are responsible for obtaining and paying for your own API access with any provider you connect. Costs, rate limits, content moderation, and availability for model output are set by that provider, not by us. The app may retrieve provider balance information and estimate usage costs. These estimates may differ from final provider billing.
Vantis Forge uses an account for product access and to sync chats, folders, and settings across devices. Account data is stored with our backend provider (Supabase) with access controls separating user accounts. Saved provider keys are included in account settings sync. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Paid subscriptions are not open yet. When paid signup opens, the standard subscription price will be $9.99 USD per month. The founders’ promotional subscription will be $1.99 USD per month with a 14-day free trial. Any applicable tax will be shown at checkout. Current beta access does not automatically enroll you in a paid plan. The trial starts after email verification, requires no card, and ends without a charge. There is one trial per account. To continue with a paid plan, choose to subscribe. Completing paid checkout starts billing immediately and renews the subscription monthly. Founder pricing remains attached to that subscription while it remains active; canceling it may make a later signup subject to the then-current price.
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing using the cancellation control or the linked billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the current paid period. No cancellation is needed for a no-card trial. For a full refund of your first subscription payment, contact support@vantisforge.com within 14 days of that payment. Later payments are not normally refundable except where required by law or the payment provider’s applicable policies. Deleting your Vantis Forge account cancels its active subscription immediately.
The subscription pays for Vantis Forge itself. AI-provider usage is separate: you remain responsible for charges from Venice AI, OpenRouter, or any other provider whose key you use.
You agree not to use Vantis Forge to:
Model output is generated by the third-party provider you selected, using instructions and prompts you write. You are responsible for how you use that output and for complying with the provider's own usage policies.
Vantis Forge is provided "as is." AI-generated output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected — don't rely on it for decisions where that would cause real harm. We make no guarantee of uptime, data durability, or fitness for a particular purpose, though we take reasonable care with the sync infrastructure described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
